If you are returning a call, a nurse will call back within 24-48 hours during the weekdays. Please be sure to leave your name and a aphone number you can be reached at.

Please do not leave any urgent messages for the nurses. Our front staff can help you in these situations and direct your call to the appropriate person.

We process all the messages that we receive. Because of our case load it takes time to address each of them. It is not necessary to leave another message. Your initial message is in the queue and a new message will not result in a more rapid response.

The phone line is not designated to be a general information system. It is solely for the patient’s medical condition in question. Unrelated calls and messages will not be returned.
